What the heck is health coaching, anyways?

It’s probably easiest to start by telling you what my health coaching isn’t. This is NOT a “12 Week Transformation” type program. I do not do meal plans or cookie-cutter workout plans. There are no magic shakes, no gimmicks. This is not an MLM, just little ol’ me trying to help as many women as I can through the wild transitions of motherhood.

We all have a pretty good understanding of what a healthy lifestyle looks like — nutritious foods, regular exercise, less stress, etc — but how to actually implement that and stick to it for life is a whole different issue. That is what coaching does.

Together we will come up with a completely customized plan that fits your lifestyle, your particular likes, wants, and needs. We will bring in healthy habits that will become a part of who you are. My coaching is designed to empower you to no longer need a coach! By the end of our time together your new healthy lifestyle will be second nature.

Meet Stephanie

Hi, I’m Stephanie! Thank you for taking the time to read a little bit more about me!

When I found out I was pregnant with my son I was thrilled, of course, but I was also terrified. I had a horrible relationship with food and exercise and the responsibility of caring for another life was overwhelming. I did what I usually do when I feel helpless – I dived head-first into research mode. I studied Prenatal Nutrition & Lifestyle through the University of Munich, Germany and I became a Pre/Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist. Drawing on the support of my amazing husband, my history teaching prenatal yoga, and all of my new education, I made healthy changes to my entire life that I still maintain to this day. I’ve since had another baby with an even healthier pregnancy and easier postpartum recovery.

Learning from other mothers while sharing my own knowledge keeps my fire burning.
